As Turkey’s leading concrete pipe machine manufacturer, İbar Makina builds concrete pipe machines in two different systems: hydraulic (elevator) and crane systems. Fully automatic concrete pipe plants producing pipes from 150 mm to 3600 mm in diameter and in various lengths are manufactured and installed.

The fastest concrete pipe production is achieved with hydraulic system machines. Hydraulic elevator machines produce concrete pipes from 150 mm up to 1600 mm in diameter and up to 2500 mm in length, with a daily capacity of 250–300 pieces of 300 mm pipe.

Crane system machines produce concrete pipes from 300 mm up to 3600 mm in diameter and up to 3000 mm in length. Their advantage is the ability to produce large-diameter concrete pipes and concrete culverts.

İBAR MAKİNA concrete pipe machines use premium components: SCHNEIDER (German) electrical panels, REXROTH BOSCH (German) hydraulics and SKF or FAG (German) bearings inside the vibrators.

Our pipe machine vibrators feature electronic speed (intensity) control — a first in Turkey. You can digitally adjust vibrator power from the control panel, letting you set the ideal intensity for every pipe and produce the highest-quality concrete pipes.
