Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations, our business partners, the suppliers from whom we obtain logistics and installation services and, for international projects, our authorised dealers in the relevant country, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected electronically or physically through the forms on our website, email, phone and meetings at trade fairs, and is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
